I am going to dig this back up because I just found this on ebay: EBAY LINK Take a look at that auction & picture and then take a look at CFM's original swingarm thread and picture that people got screwed on: Banshee HQ Thread Notice any similarities? Guy is selling swingarms he's already collected on. Anybody know how to report something like this to ebay?

It's nice to know that he is using the same e-mail address listed in the recent craigslist post as the one I have been repeatedly e-mailing. That asshole is reading my e-mails and ignoring them.

Does anybody know or heard from Scott Tallardy or CFM? The last topic got moved to the feedback forum. As stated before his phone is off and he doesn't respond to e-mails or PM's. I'm out a couple hundred dollars that would be nice to have since I have no product to show in return (as are many other people). I know everyone on here says he is a nice guy but I am now fed up. He has had my money for going on 4 months. Does anyone on here know him or how to get ahold of him? I geuss he decided he needed MY money more than I did. Class act.

I geuss I am part of the club too. I filed a paypal dispute and got back less than half of the $470 I paid for a swingarm and carrier plus a few other things I never received. I can understand if someone is going through a hard time but to just up a cut off communication doesn't leave you with a real good feeling. Where did all of the money go that was sent by people who never recieved their order? Seems like all of that free money would help to get you out of a "hard time" pretty easy.

The guy who is doing my powdercoat got some small spring compressors from a motorcycle shop and the the top cap just spins of the rod.

Just wondering if you can polish the front stock shocks? Have mine apart right now to get the springs powdercoated and wanted to clean up the shock body. Anybody know what material those are?

Found a bunch of shavings in my oil after blowing my clutch and the idler gear wobbling off. Now I am wondering how to "flush" out all of these shavings from the tranny? Anyone have any techniques besides splitting the cases? I do have a magnetic drain plug on the way.

Just replaced the clutch and had everything adjusted nice and working well. Took it out for a couple rides and everything was fine. Then the last ride I was grabbing gears and all of a sudden the clutch lever went limp. I was still able to shift by cramming it into gear and rode it back to camp. The arm that the cable attaches on top of the case has no tension to it now (only from the spring). I haven't had a chance to open it up yet, but was wondering if anybody might have an idea on what happened?

For sale are a set of 22x11x8 8 paddle Haulers with only two trips on them (and one trip was to break in a new motor) mounted on Douglas blue label wheels in great condition. Would 33 PWK's be a good compromise?

Here is what I currently have: Bored .040 Dune Port V-Force 3 Reeds Cool Head 19cc Domes T-5 Pipes Timing Plate @ +5 Will have Dyna FS With this current set up, what carbs should I be looking at? Would 35PWK's or 34PJ's be too large? Eventually I would like to go with a cub, so I am gradually accumulating all the parts I will need. That being said, I don't want to get carbs that will work well with the cub but run like ass with my current motor. Any suggestions?

Just rebuilt the '97 with a true and welded crank and new pistons. Tried to start it for the first time tonight and kicks over fine. After several kicks I will get a loud pop and a spark out of the right side exhaust. It will not start. Also seems to have a funny feeling in the kickstarter when this happens. Any suggestions?
