i got it off, i used a drive bit, and a rachet, thanks should i repalce these with botls, or allen heads screws. im thinking bolts?? -

i made a typo near 206 ex duratation its supposed to be 206ex duration making major power, not problem. srry its power -
hey im bumping up to a 6mil so i decied to sell mine since mine is ported for stock stroke. hey hows it going. I have a fully ported yamaha blaster cylinder with a fresh wiseco piston, both match .20 bore ( it has major topend power. i got some vids to show you if you want of how this cylinder ran. Its part of a complete package with my liquid cooled head, yes i liquid cooled. it uses a kx60 rad which i will include, with the hoses. compression on it is 145-150 enough to run pump gas and timming. the motor has opened up intake, and 206 degrees exhuast duration making major problem, i have beeten stock banshees, SOME piped banshees, stock 450r, 240cc blasters,stock yfz450, and a cammed 426. estimated hp for my 198cc engine is 40-41 hp. and ill add pics of the bottom end and interenals, and cylidner and head, but if anyone intersted let me know this is a very fast motor. I will let it go very cheap. 550 bucks take the clylinder. if you just want to cylinder for the cylinder liquid cooled head, and kx60 rad, with the hoses, and mountin brackets i will let it go for 90 bucks more looking for around 650 or so, but nothin less than 600 for that package. also the bottom end is in perfect condtiotion with a trued and weld crank, can without amazing power ,lighten flyweel 8oz, advance timming plate, 14 front tooth sprocket, along with a 13 tooth. that alone is 300 bucks, also included is amsoil severe gear oil, full unopened bottle ,with perfect intereals. the whole motor complete with bottom end, cylinder and head, and rad, will be 800 bucks, cheaper to buy the whole package than separte. i forgot i will also a 38mm carb that with it, for 100 bucks, or 850 with the whole package. thanks let me know. if you wants vids of how it ran lte me know

naw man dont worry about it for now, im test it on the track, with gas, then ima run a 6mil, then from then ill use alky. srry bout the inncovinence. also i mean gea shifter, not kick starter lol. ill try the vice grips and the screw driver bit -
i got one bolt with vice grips the top one near the swingarm. but the bottom bolts near the kick starter, i cant get off. i dont have an impact driver!!!!!! i tried using vice grips but wont work. What else could i do. could i use a impact gun with a small socket that fits a screw driver bit??? some help, its not stripped all the way, but kinda b

your carb was to small, you probably had a lot of bottom end power, than top. people in MX with mx port, run 32 people with 240's runs the least a 34-36 i have alot of duration 208, so i have a killer top end my powerband doesnt hit until about 96 or 9700 rpms so i have a big carb to match my combination. many people run 36-40mm carbs on there blaster with drag port, so i have a 38mm, so ill think i bore it to a 40mm, for alky. the object with alky is to make sure enough fuel gets to the motor, i am getting a bigger fuel bowl, bigger petcock, and bigger carb, so make sure i supply enough fuel to the motor

hey i going w/ dave moore, i called him he said he will convert it and include the power jet, and for me to send him some jets, and he will drill them out. so we will go about drilling them. u made a good point dajogejr. thanks

u know theres a a 720 main jet, and thats twice as big as what i got now.!!!! if u go to mukini website, theres jets ranges from like 200-800 i think the 720 will be enought, so i would have to drill

ok this is wat i got so far. cpcustoms bore it to a 40mm, ( from a 38mm), convert it to methanol, istall a power jet, drill me my jets, install a bigger petcock, and that it right???

kwl, cpcustoms does it for 35 bucks, to covert it, and another 35 to bore it to a 40mm. what size drill bits is a .115 ? 1/8?

yeah thanks for the info, i go for 175, and im thinking about 6 or 7 degrees advance. but also i have a 360 main jet in there now, what size drill bit do i need, and dont i need to use some power jets? also i know the banshee petcock is bigger, and it will fit, ill think ill use a banshee petcock, IF anyone has one let me know. oh yaeh, who is jeff at fast, is there a link???

I am a drag racer, and i drag race a blaster. I Was wondering if theres a place that can convert my Munkini TMX 38mm carb (cheapest) to run on methanol. also should i run a bigger petcock, or no petcock, i was thinking of runing the banshee petcock. also do i put regular jet sizes in ther, and use your power jets, or do i run bigger jets, right now im running a 360, what jet size should i run if i use alky, a 700????. thanks. also how do i go about purging my carb, i heard u run gas but how can i run gas in my carb if it set up for methenol. also what should my compression ratio be, im runing 150 psi right now, but as of this monday comming up im going to send it of to run 200 or so PSI, also its a liquid cooled head

wasup guys i want to get rid of my blaster ikt has toomey pipe, .035 milled head, custom airbox, with a mustang airfilter, 28mm carb, 7oz lightned flyweel, z400 shock, and alot more. i wanna get rid of it, i want to upgrade to a banshee. i looking for one near NC, for 2000-2200. im looking for a banshee, i dont care if it is stock, but it has to be 99 and newer. thanks in advance
