is the Clutch Hub on the outside??? or do i need to take the cover off to get to it?? I bought a cable for a banshee i dont understand how it can be longer then the worn out stock one.

Ok so i got a new ASV shift lever and a clutch cable for my banshee. Put the cable on... and just took the slack out of the cable, but now im almost out of thread on the shift lever. Im sure the cable will strech in use so now i dont know how i will take out any more slack. So my question is is their any other way to tighten a cable other than the threads on the shift lever perch??? thanks guys!
