  1. 30 backs+shipping, sounds like a cool deal .Thank you very much bud. If any of my friends want them, I shall let you know, as for me, thank you, I am doing fine with my current one, approx. 25% of the thread is still left.
  2. I think at the end of the day, its what you want. Every tire is meant for something.
  3. Dude, you are loosing all the fun, I swear...
  4. Now, you are pulling my leg, but question that rises, which leg of mine are you pulling?
  5. 75% of the tire thread is gone, and i am still doing fine climbing dunes.
  6. I have stock banshee. Raced against 700R, and he won. But, I will smoke him, once I put T5s or 6s on my shee. Not sure about 660R.
  7. steveodo, the stock tires are more fun to play with, you get more fun out of them.
  8. I appreciate it, if you talked more politely, mister. Thanks.
  9. Thanks pipebomb. BTW, the thread has 5 grooves. Obviosly first the middle groove will go and then the adjacent 2 grooves and lastely the 2 grooves at the edge of the tire. So are you saying, when the 5 groves are levelled with the tire, then you will change the tire.
  10. I mean by looking at the tire thread, how can you tell when is the time to change the rear tires. Thanks.
  11. Thanks the grinch, I really like your method of checking externally, that will tell me exactly how much my container takes. Sure, Germany.
  12. Thanks reded for your reply, appreciate it.
  13. My understand is that the ON is 3 inch long and RES is 1 inch long. Reason RES is 1 inch long is so debris will sit on the tank floor. I think some photos of the petcock will make a great clarification. If someone has those photos please post them. Thanks.
  14. Could you please tell us, what did you exactly see when you took the petcock off. I mean how did the ON and RES plastic tubes looked like in relation to each other.. With plastic tube how did they look in length. and without tube how did they look in length. A sketch or photo will be appreciated, anyone?
  15. I know the percentages because I read the Banshee Manual. It says: Total Fuel Tank= 3.2 US Gal RES=0.7 US Gal Now if you take 0.7 and divide it by 3.2 you get 0.21875 and multiply it by 100 and you get 21.875% which is approximately 20%. So in other words your RES should last you 20% of the total duration, distance or whatever you wona call it. BTW, I am not a troll.
  16. SEE, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I MEAN, your situation was just like mine, sort of.
  17. BTW, many rappy guys I talked to, said their rappy was more comfy than shee.
  18. Since your reserve tube was of the petcok and floating in the gas tank, how many minutes did your "RES" last?
  19. Tried yfz, rappies 350 660 700, grizzly 660, suzukies, polaris, hondas I kid you not, banshee is the perfect quad, BANSHEE IS QUAD, QUAD IS BANSHEE LONG LIVE BANSHEE ... LIVE LIVE LIVE
  20. I kid you not, 80% of fuel tank "ON": approximately 4 hours riding is about right..... we will be mostly cruising and reving going up the dunes 20% of tank "RES":10 minutes. I think I will take out the petcock unit and have a look at the tubes and the switch and alike.
  21. Mathmatically speaking, 3.2 Gal being the Total Capcity of the Stock Fuel Tank. and 0.7 Gal Res, according to the Banshee Manual, then 0.7/3.2= 21.875%=20% 80% I ride alot maybe 4 hours. 20% I ride 10 minutes. To me something is wrong and I have to investigate. BTW pipebomb, how long does it take you to run out of gas on your "RES", what terrain? What kind of riding?
  22. I have stock shee and raced a stock 700, he won, not a big deal. I Love My Shee, thats what matters.
  23. Thanks a lot pipebomb, you are one of a kind, I really appreciate it. Now its crystal clear. So basically you have to two tubes. First alminum tube, lets say 1 inch long, being the "RES". Second alminum tube, lets say 3 inch long, being the "ON". So basically every bodys alminum tubes are the same length, right? I mean there couldn't be factory errors. Whenver I switch to "RES" it takes 10 minutes approximately and I am out of fuel. Is that how long it takes you to run out of fuel in the desert?
  24. The real question is, where is the ON pipe located? How? Sketch?
  25. Ok let me clarify further. The hole on the top is known, you put the gas there. The petcock switch is under the most bottom point of the fuel tank. The "RES" is located under the most down position of the fuel tank. The real question is the ON pipe located. I think a sketch will calrify things. I want to know what things can go wrong that will afect your "RES" capcity. Hopefully an stetch of the fuel tank shall clarify things.
