    Frame

I'm looking for an a-arm frame, in good condition, no cracks or bends, for a reasonable price, can somebody help me out?
  2. Hey, I do mostly trail and ditch riding, and I know putting on a longer swing arm helps get the power to the ground, as does the front suspension getting changed, but for trail and ditch riding what should I go with?
  3. Can anyone give me a complete list of all the parts I'm going to need, or will it be in the clymer? I think I'm just gonna buy a frame and build up, so let me know any information you guys can.
  4. 75 mph not hp, and yes I've heard of it beating lots of 450s. Its all according to who you talk to I guess, I like it because it looks better than a yfz450 and a 450r and the polaris dealership treats me well, so I'm satisfied with it. Plus I'm looking at a banshee so I can have a nice pred and a nice banshee Best of both worlds
  5. I would rather buy an old one, make everything the way I want it and spend a little bit than buy one from the factory that is there ideas, and not mine, and then have to go and spend even more to change what I don't like. Which is why I figured it be easier to buy an old one, build it the way I want it, and have something that is just as good as a brand new, only the way I want it.
  6. I've found mine to be light enough, but then again I'm a light guy so, I guess it evens out. Powerwise, I think 75 for a stock fourwheeler is pretty good, and I've heard a lot about them beating 450s, 450rs and raptor 660s.
  7. Hey, I'm new to the site and I am really looking at getting an old banshee and fixing it up, but I also have a 2005 Polaris Predator, so I just wanted to hear what you guys all have to say about them, I know a lot of people rip on them, but so far it has not disappointed me and has been a blast, so let me know what you think.
  8. Would it be a good idea to get an 87, sell the j-arm frame and buy an a-arm or would it be cheaper to just get a 91, with the a-arm frame?
  9. Can you change the j-arms to a-arms, or would it be easier to get an 87 and then just change the frame?
  10. Hey I got a clymers, also I looked at an 89 and it said it has j-arms and someone said 89 and newer doesn't have j-arms. I plan to ride this more then just straight race, I do a lot of trail and ditch riding so let me know what would be better and why, because I really just wanna find out as much as possible.
  11. Can anyone tell me the exact spelling of clymers?
  12. I live in Southern Minnesota, and where do I get a clymer from? And is there still going to be a lot of old used banshees floating around, and will the price being going up a lot, because the banshee is coming to a close? Sorry for asking so many questions, but I want to get the best deal, so expect many more.
  13. Someone mentioned a clymers, what is that and also how do I find a roller, or where should I look. Thanks
  14. Alright thanks for the input, I know most years are the same, but does anyone have a reason to go with a certain year over another, remember I am looking for an older one so nothing too new.
  15. Hey, I am new to this site and I was planning on building up a Banshee, custom colors, etc. etc., what I don't know, is if I should just buy a frame and then go from there, or buy an old used one for cheap and have some of the parts ready. Any opinions or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
