ok what about advancing the timing how much alsothe vitos stroker kit comes with a stroke plate but i dont know if i should trust it

Does anybody Know If I buy a Vitos Strokercrank +4mm And Vitos Hemi heads will the regular domes work or will I have to buy the big bore stroker domes?????

Does anybody know anything about welding tabs on your j-arm frame to mount up a-arms? I have heard it can be done but havent seen any proof yet
