  1. Where's all the love??? Damn you all act like jmurray took your asses hostage at gunpoint and forced YOU to put those plastics on your quads. I guess individual style has no place? The YFZ plastic looks awesome when done right. Hell if I could get a free set of TRX 450r plastics I'd shove them on there just to F with people. Cut these people some slack and remember what it's like to be an individual.
  2. I cut my fronts and rear just to try and give the Shee a little bit of personality. I think it looks pretty good and as far as getting dirtier....so far not the case. I don't know why but I didn't get any dirtier with the fenders cut riding in the same conditions as with the fulls. The ultimate reason behind race cut fenders is drag and fatigue over a long GNCC/Hare/XC race. The more mud that collects on the fenders the heavier the quad becomes and the heavier the steering gets. Factor in about 1.5/2 hours of racing and your one tired bastard by the end of the day.
  3. adrenilin- Depends on what kind of riding you do more of. Trail or dune? and more importantly what kind of trails you ride. Are they tight trails or wide open? If you ride in tight areas where you will rarely get to 5th/6th gear try running a 13/41 setup for better off-idle throttle response and quicker point to point acceleration. I ride a lot of tight trails where instant throttle response is the order of the day and between the stock 14/41 gearing and a 13/41 setup, the 13 up front is hands down a better choice. You really need to just figure out where you ride the most and come up with a happy compromise! Hope this helps.
  4. 4 cans should do the job for the whole bike, fenders and tank plastic. Make sure find a primer that is plastic friendly too. If the primer doesn't allow for flexing like the fusion then you're wasting your $$$$
  5. Have you researched DMC pipes and silencers yet? Their 916 setup is ultra-trick looking and comes with the proper jetting and very clear instructions on how to install and jet. The best thing about the 916 is that it flows a 2-into-1 setup with a single oval can that mounts directly under your taillight. The price isn't too bad either, you can get the whole setup for $497 if you look hard enough.
