Sorry didnt make it clear he has all ready removed the clip and washer. He was wondering if you pull the gear off first or if the pin has to come out first. I would imagine u would pull the gear off first then you would be able to tap out the pin and the pull out the impeller itself.

Hay guys I am needing some help my dad is having to change out my water pump seal because i am in dallas four hours away from my bike . He is having trouble finding the pin of the water impeller shaft itself . http://thebansheezone.tripod.com/id54.htm It should be #4 on the diagram on the water pump. It is all the way on the bottom of the list thanks.

I dont have the bike infront of me and I will be explaining to my dad since i am 4 hours away will just have to time pretty much to just get the bike how do you replace the seal on the water pump seal thanks guys.

Um the spout or tube or whatever that comes from the case to the clutch side case it transfers the coolant from the jugs to the water impeller. It is above the clutch pack itself and in front of it. There is actually a hole for it in the gasket. Maybe that will be more clear.

Allright guys i know this will prolly be a dumb questions. But i changed out my clutches went and rode it up and down the road andyway the clutch fluid was milky shit so i pulled it back apart and the o-ring was still on the nipple any ideas for me. Have any had this prob i guess the oring could be worn on or where it inserts or something any ideas would be helpfull i only get to go home one day to fix it before i go to rattlesnake hunt. kluke out

For the money ya cant beat dune hoppers I have basically the same bike as you. So do my freinds and they have haulers and we are back and fourth all day on drag racing.Just get ya riding style down along with tire pressure.

My Elevation is under 1000ft. I am in oklahoma i think in the range of 500-700 roughly.

Oklahoma boy well when i ride i am there anway i think it is like 500ft elevation or something like that. It is like what 40-50 degree's there but mainly just ride when it is warmer.

Hay my bike runs ok just smokes a tiny bit I was wondering what you guys run jetting wise. I have t-5's, V force 2's, trixx performance head with 20cc domes, K&N with no air box lid thanks guys. Oh and it has stock pilot with 280's thanks

I was wondering if anyone on here did flywheel lightening and timing advancing. Also I was wondering how far i could take my timing on 20cc domes and running pump gas thanks. Mike clark
