I have a 96 banshee engine rebuilt topend with weisco prolites .040 over.It runs great and has about 10 hours on the topend.It is ready to run just rode it 2 days ago.It will need a clutch as its starting to slip.Chain derailed and took out a small piece of the case.No oil leaks or anything from the chain.It will be complete with the stator etc.No carbs.But will come with reeds and cages.All stock other than the wiescos and I believe it has boyseen reeds but unsure.Im in Wilkes Barre Pa 18702 Paypal or Postal Money Order only.800$ firm Will ship add 75$ for shipping Thanks pickup welcome

Yeah tell me about it.I part Jeep CJs out all the time and its funny cause I can buy a whole jeep for 500$ rusty as hell but I still can sell the tranmission for usually what I paid.Just curious if I would get a considerable amount by parting it out.If I can get 800$ whole Ide sell the whole thing complete.If I could part it out for say 1200$ it definately be worth pulling it apart.

Whats up.Ive been trying to decide weather to sell my banshee whole or part it out.I have a 96 and the topend was just redone .040 over with weisco pro-lites.Whats the average for a basically stock motor and what I could get for it if I disassemble it and sell the parts individually.The motor has about 10 hours on the topend and was stock bore before that.Just curious as to the difference in selling whole against parting it out.Thanks in advance.

Yeah just look at ebay.They arent parting banshees out for no reason.Im ready to part mine out there cause I know Ill get more than selling it whole.It is mostly stock but I do have money invested.Good luck

You probably need to bend it from the left side to the right side.Use some heat also it will make it easier.I fixed a raptor frame that was in way worse shape than that.Good luck

I have a 1996 Banshee that has been rebuilt with wiesco pro-lites .040 over.It has Pro Circuit Platnium series head pipes with FMF silencers.It has been jetted for the pipes.It has a new chain slide in the back with a replaceable wear strip.The quad runs great but is alittle hard starting Ive been running around 24-1 and Im sure it is too rich.Runs great and starts on first kick after warmed up.Has just about 20 hours on the new topend.It needs swingarm bearings and the chain roller/slider.It is gonna need new rear tires.Seat is ripped about 8 inches but it is the seam and could be sewn back.Back plastic is cracked where the heal guard would mount.1 headlight lens is cracked/needs bulb.Its not a show quad but is in good shape for the year.Pretty much all stock besides the pipes.Have Title.I have pics send email address.It is located in Wilkes Barre Pa 18702 2000$ Ide also partout with enough interest Thanks
