Just finished installing a set of Toomey T-5 pipes with the 2:1 air filter kit on my bike. Took the bike for a banzai run through the neighborhood and wow . Came back checked the plug, perfect. I used the reccomended jet, set the air screws to their reccomended settings and installed their needle. The bike is otherwise stock except for this kit and a Vito's 7 degree key. Next up is the cool head and some V Force 3's....

Do any of you guys use the 2:1 air filter they send with the pipes. Was having trouble understanding what it is. I ordered the filter adapter and a k&n also. Which should I use?

Thanks for your help guys. I just ordered a set of T-5's. I'm sure they will do the job. I'll be checking back as soon as I bolt these bitches on....

Who has the best price on the toomey's? I'm thinkin about buyin' just the pipes and buying my own k&n filters in stead of their stuff...

What about fmf sst's. They are priced right and I think alba sells a kit that has the pipes, jets, k&n, and boost bottle for a lot cheaper than the toomeys...

I'm sure this question has been asked a million times, but I need some help. I have a bone stock 01 shee and am ready to start modding. I am confused on which pipes to get. I ride in all types of terrains, trails, sand etc. Need a good all around pipe that will work with future motor work... I am stuck between T-5's or 6's and the trinity pipes. Anyone run the Vito's pipes? Let me know what you guys think. I am new here so take it easy on me....
