  1. I just picked up a cover off of Ebay from atvseatcovers.com for $12 plus shipping. They carry all different designs, including custom...I just got black. Fit and finish was better than stock, in my opinion, but the cover is missing the Yamaha logo on the back....just an FYI.....
  2. I just got a cover off of ebay from atvseatcovers.com for about 20.00 to my door. I got plain black, but they offer just about any color combo, plus custom orders. Just got it on Saturday, so I do not know about fit yet, but finish is certainly better than stock. May be worth checking out. You can also check out their webpage, atvseatcovers.com (hence the ebay member name), but it is limited on content.
  3. I have a set of fronts off of a 2004 raptor with less than 1 hour on them. They are the same length as the 450's, but with less adjustability...still an improvement over stock. PM me if you are interested.
  4. I have a set off of a 2002 with about 20 hours on them. PM me if you are interested and we can talk price.
  5. Thank you....
  6. Has anyone has tried using the front and rear shocks off of a Raptor on their Banshee? I have searched, finding only post that either state that it should work or posts about the rear shock fitment, but nothing about all three. How about with +2 a-arms... Thank you in advance for any help and/or advice.
  7. While on the jdperformance webpage, I notice that they claim that stock front brake lines will work with +2 a-arms nut not +3, +2+1, or +3+1. First off, does anyone know if the +2 statement correct? If it is, does the +1 forward make THAT much of a difference not to be able to use stock lines with the +2+1's? Thank you for any help/advice...
  8. I've searched but have yet to find anything helpful...so does anyone know if the stock Raptor shocks will fit on a Banshee (front and rear)? How about fitment with +2 arms? Thank you in advance.
  9. To the top.
  10. Fixitrod, Thanks for the reply. I understand the high-level principles, but don't quite know the affects of different combo's of cages and reeds. For instance, I think that Boysen makes a dual layer reed; with the bottom being plastic (responsive at low-end=more power down low) and the top being CF (less flutter at top-end=up high HP). This seems like it would provide the best of both worlds, but in my limited exerience I have found that when one thing is built to function as two, it does excel at either task. What are your thoughts/what are you running? And thanks again....
  11. My bike has all stock internals (no porting), FMF Fatty's, K&N, and currently has FMF Ram Valves and I am wondering which would be better: 1. Replace the reeds on the Ram Valves, 2. Remount stock cages with aftermarket reeds, or 3. Port and then remount stock cages with aftermarket reeds. I ride mostly in the woods with some open fields, so I am looking to increase mid to top and smooth out the hit. Also, what are the benefits, if any, of running Carbon Fiber reeds? What are TDR's (brand)? One more, know of any websites would help me get a better idea of how reeds work? Thank you.
  12. I am looking to replace my worn-out stock chain and sprockets chain with something a bit stronger. I am not an MX'er so I don't want to spend an load, in the $70 - $90 range would be nice. Found the Pro kit at Magic Racing for only $80. Sounds like a good deal, but I have not heard much about EK chain. Magic Racing claims a tensile strength of 8,500 on the Quadra Gold chain that is included in this kit. Anyone heard good, bad or otherwise?
