  1. it is in the cover i put barnetts in and it said to omit the o rings in the clutch basket so i didn't piut them in nit the kick start arm already checked, so i dont have a clue i haven't tried pulling the clutch in , but when i do hit the gas it seems to quiet down some but it might just be me thinking that
  2. i just replaced my clutch and have everything adjusted right but when the motor is runnung there is a rattle behind that case somewhere, the crank and rods are about 2 years old and they dont have that many hours on them any suggestions would be great!!!!
  3. got them in there but haven't torgued them yet also should there be a little play in the little shaft with the cable turned al teh way in on the lever ??????
  4. the clutches has been soaking for about 2 weeks now i had so much to do with all the bearings and bushings and swingarm but how many foot pounds is that i dont have a inch pound torque wrench thanks so much for the quick reply's
  5. well i have the cover took off and the pressure, and was pulling the old clutches out and noticed that there was rubber o rings between each one, but the new kit didn't come with them so do i use the old ones or what and what does the six screws need to be torqued at?????????? please help

  7. i got a trinity cut stock head with the swirls and shaved, i was wondering if i can reuse the head gasket and what it should torq to......
  8. ok i got it running i was just needing to know about the packing in the muffler where is the best place to get this stuff at
  9. i got it running last night but some of my packing is coming out of the pipes, will it hurt to remove the packing all together or do you have to put it back in there thanks for the reply
  10. ok got all my wiring back together and i had cut the plugs off the tors on the carb and it acts like it doesn't get any gas but i had the tors unplugged for a while and it ran fine will cutting them screw them up or what
  11. ok let me see if i got this right you leave the wires from the throttle unplugged,the black box unplugge, and the wores from the carb unplugged, i had this damn thing running and took the wireand cut them off the harness and would not idle but before i cut them it did ran and idled great but i cut the wires at the carbs and left them cut so will that make a difference i need help asap this thing is really getting on my nerves
  12. do the wires have to stay on the carbs even though they are not pugged in????

  15. ok i unplugged all the tors stuff a few months ago and this week i decided to cut all the plugs and wires out of the harness and take the black box off i cutthe wires coming from the carbs, the one wire from the throttle a black wire, and the one from the clutch side and i also cut the green and yellow wire that runs tothe back and all plug ins that went to the tors shit and now i cant start it unless i pour a little gas in to the carbs and it will only run for a min, or two and quits and will not start back what is this did i cut something i didnt need to or what also can some one please give me a pic of where the wires in the back plug in the yellow and blu wire. its a 02 model

  21. went through and unplugged all the plugs for the TORS and it runs extremely well now thanks to all the help!!!!
  22. sorry to hack in on your thread but its that simple just unplugging them do you have to make any adjustments to the idle or anything.....
  23. got a stroker crank that needs a bearing, was in my bike till a buddy ran straight gas and metal got into the bearing and ate it up, hit me up if you wanna do some trading on the wheels
  24. does anyone have a clue what size jets would be good for the banshee, all thats done to it is dg exhaust and k&n filter
