i just want to say jeff at extreme atvs has bent over backwords to help me get alot of my parts at cost and would help any one that needed it and get them to you in a timely fashion and he love this sport as much as any one he got in volved in this becuse he is a good friend and did not want to see me get scewed

i do love my chassis no matter what has happened i have said it be for i have raced prostock bikes for a long time and have been biult a lot of bikes charlie ohton dose biuld one of the sweetist chassis i ever seen and hope to be racing it real soon end any one that gets one from him will be happy with it

i ask jeff to take his post off as i would like to finsh this hole mess this is my problem not any one elses i did not want this to be come a pissing contest i will say this charlie in person and on the phone is one of the nicest peaple you will ever meet i treated him with nothing but respect at the begining i thought this was on its way to great friendship and and even at the end i thought we could still be friends all i wanted was my parts even after how long it took i have ask jeff to stay out of this i have bought all the parts except the wheely bar wheel with the money charlie has givin back to me and some of my own but i dont get dealer cost on parts so if charlie wants to finsh his deal with me all it will take is the billit wheel and to let this come to an end

This is the true story of my ordeal with Charlie Ohton (Ohton Racing) May -The first week of May I contacted Charlie Ohton and talked about a drag chassis. At that time I sent him a $1000 deposit to build one and I told him I would be in Arizona at the end of May. At the end of May I went to AZ and Charlie asked me to stop by and I did and spent the day there and saw my chassis on the table with my name on it. It was almost done I told him I was leaving June 3rd and he said it would be done and ready to ship before I left. June-A few days after I got home I tried to contact him. It took a lot of phone calls. It took about a week to get in touch with him and at this time he told me that it was getting crated to be shipped and would go out that week. Well at the end of the week he told me that after they got it strapped in the crate that he did not like how the steering stem was. So, he did not ship it and he wanted to fix it a better way. Well that took 2 1/2 weeks to get done. July - At the end of the first week of July, I was told it was again ready to be shipped and would be brought to a shipper after the weekend. I called at least 75 times between Monday and Friday and finally I got a hold of him on Saturday. He told me that it did not make it the shipper, but it will go out on Monday and to call him then. So, I said OK, I will call you Monday. I tried 7 times that day and I did not get back in touch with him until Wednesday and was told it was going out that day. He said I?
