It has been to the dealer twice and they cant even seem to fix it. Everything looks normal, it has been riped apart and put back togeather twice now. It will run fine for like 5 sec and then that is it, and it wont start again for awhile after that.

The only thing that i can think of is that the problem started when the previous owner put a twist throttle on. Did he do something wrong?

It is running very rich I think (oil coming out of the silencer). Quad is stock.

I have a 2001 banshee that will not run. Cylinders have good compression. Engine is getting fuel. Reeds are ok. Engine will fire and run for about 5 sec but that is it. Dealer says it is the pipes. Any suggestions?
