Ive been told many times that they are stoppin production of 2 strokes or banning them completely does any know if thats true

Hi everyone, i have a 2005 banshee and im lookin to get sum new pipes. I mainly ride on trails or on a track alot very little drag. I was looking at Rockets or T-5s but i wasnt sure if i should pass on those because i dont drag alot So if anyone could guide me in the right direction on what i should do it would be greatly appreciated thank you for ur time
