Was there a noticable difference in removing the bolts from the fingers of the lock out( 3 bolts out vs. all bolts out) I have the really stiff barnett springs in there still from before when I didn't have a lock up, that might be the problem

Need help figuring how to adjust the engagement of my lock up clutch. It is locking too hard/too soon and bogging the bike down. I threw away my instructions and the info is not on Direct Drives website, but I think I remember reading about how to change the weights or what not in the directions when I bought the kit. First gear is not problem, but when I try in second, I have to feather the clutch out, If I just dump it, it will bog for a bit.

Want to get a cub setup so I'm trying to sell my current stuff. Stock cylinders with a dune/rec port job done by Painters ATV Performance here in Phoenix. www.paintersatv.com Wiseco 65mm 795 series pistons and rings Stock head that has been cut to run stroker kit. Cylinders and head have had the black paint stripped off. This setup has three trips to the dunes on it and everyhing is just like new. Ordered a new billet clutch basket from F.A.S.T. and am in the process of removing the drive gear off of my stock basket. I have used a grinder to take off the rivets/mushroom heads on the back side of the basket, but I cant punch the rivets out. Whats the trick to removing the gear off the stock basket?? Thanks Bill
