Thanks, man. I heard from I believe it was d34 that it was supposed to be flipped around but I forgot. So it should be outside the dowels instead of inside?

Hey ya'll, since this is my first time posting, I have to say thanks for the great website. Here's my problem: I've got a '98 Banshee, with a brand new barnett clutch in it. It used to slip in 5th and 6th before, but then all of a sudden, it was stuck in either 3rd or 4th gear. I tore it apart, and put the new clutch in, but it didn't help. I've got some pics I'll upload later, but the "C" part of the shift arm that rides on the dowels seems weird. It's facing like a normal "C", but I was told it needs to be flipped around. I just used it for trail riding, and the occasional drag race. Any thoughts?
