  2. I am the one lookin to sell the crank. I have never had a problem with totech in well over the past two years ive done business with him, and as a matter of fact hes done much better work for me than anyone else ive ever delt with. You angry little teenagers need to get a grip and stop being angry at the world and blaming it at one person. Ive personaly met this guy, unlike...well just about all of you and he's good people and doesnt rip people off.
  3. ok, ill test the coil, i have the clymer manual, and i dont even have headlights, the kid that had it before me riped em' off or something. thanks for the advice. also my banshee is a 96'
  4. i was going down the road in 6th gear, about 1/4 throttle, and then the banshee started to buck, and run like crap, like it was on one cylender, so i turned back around and headed for my house, and then it started getting worse, it died, and came to a stop, and i looked underneath, and saw the my left spark plug wire had came up, so i pushed it back down, and kicked it over, about 100 times, and it didnt start, or even come close to starting. So after i got it home, (luckily my neighbor drove by me with his truck and picked me up) i took both plugs out, and tried to see if i got spark from either side.....NOPE....cant think of where the problem would be. so please give me some advice of what is wrong.   5. well, when i first got the thing, there was massive build up in the right pipe, but now after a tank full of riding its starting to go away. The kid i got it from was running 32:1 wich is more oil than i use..and i dont know what kind of oil he was using, he said it was really good, but with the way it smoked, id say it was garbage. now im running 40:1 with SuperM...i ran the tank empty and now its all my gas and oil, so well see what happens....oh and i went for a long ride yesturday through the woods and trails and shit, and my god the thing really puts my blaster to shame. oh yeah, anouther thing. will blaster rear rims, match the lug patern on the banshee? im only asking because i got new tires all around on the blaster not long ago, and the banshee has ITP's that are 1/2 life on the back.   6. hey guys, anouther question about the 96' shee i got. i noticed since the baffles are out, that you look at it from behind the right silencer has some wet oil coming out, and the left side is just dry. it runs friggen great, is there some problem with my carb on the right side (right side as if you were sitting on it)? thanks Mike
  7. ive got the motorola V220 through cingular. The service sucks in a lot of places, but its not too bad. the camera on the phone is absolutely horrible though. Dont get it, my friend has the step up from mine, and the camera on his sucks too, (too sensitive to light, no matter how you adjust it) and mine is just terrible picture quality. The better picture phones ive seen are actually sanyo and samsung. But i dont know exactly what your looking for, so good luck, just stay away from the motorola's, im not too sure about that razor phone that have out, but its really expensive, and i dont like it anyway. lol Mike
  8. LMFAO well said man. just that i live in a neighborhood, and i can obviously get away on the trails or anywhere else, but the D.E.P will be waiting at my shed to take my quad away, and thats when theres gonna be big trouble..
  9. its absolutely insane with the clutch and stock exhaust in as bad of condition as it is. id rather get used to the feel of a bigger quad first. plus im dreading the day i have to tune 2 cylenders. Also in my area, people hate the kids who ride quads, so if i can be quiet, i should be good for now.
  10. thanks guys, but i think i found out what it is..i think its gas that was coming down from the over flow on the carbs, there's no drain tubes on the bottom of either carb, so it just drips on my motor, and runs down and to the lowest point (the bolts) instead of leakin on the ground. it looked like gear lube because it was mixing up with everything else that was already there...my bad. thanks though i was wondering if those bolts were capable of leaking anyway. mike
  11. the banshee i just got... it needs the oil seal behind the sprocket, but i think its also dripping some gear lube from 2 of the bolts that hold the case together under the motor? its hard to tell if thats exactly what some of the drips are coming from but i know its gotta have the seal done for sure..does anyone know if oil can leak out from those bolts? thanks mike
  12. lol, i see where this is going. Im planning on keeping it for at least a while now, it just needs a few things, clutch, seal thats behind the sprocket, and the front brake master cylender. Oh, and someone that had it before decided it would be kewl to take the baffle out of the silencer, and also drill holes in em' to make it sound all raspy. i honesly dont like it. i think the stock sound of a banshee is good enough. Oh, one question, what ratio do you guys use in gas 32:1? thanks Mike
  13. hey, im from the blasterhq forums but i just got a banshee the other day. Its got a bad clutch, and the oil seal behind the sprocket seems to be leaking a lot. but other than that, its not bad for a 96' the motor was just rebuilt, the kid i got it from (a friend) said the guy at the shop played him like a fool and didnt tell him what he did to it exactly. he told him that it has a 420 kit in it. The obviouse upgrades are the rear and front bumpers, dura blue extended rear axle and a white bro's boost bottle. it starts first kick everytime and will smoke the crap out of my modded blaster, even with the clutch slipping bad. As of right now, im not sure if im gonna keep it or sell it, since im gonna be living on my own soon, so if i sell it, ill post here and see if anyone wants it. i live in ct. peace Mike
