j arm overall is lighter , less durable so to speak and old technology.... Tend to see most j arm banshees used for drag. my frame is at 41lbs J-arm ( lightend and stretched + 8 ) i have a a arm frame at 56 LBS ?????? i forget exactly what it was. A arms more durable , heavier , longer lasting , stable etc etc... unless u are going to be going in a straight line , go with a arms.
