I looked on on the bottom of the slide and i dont see a U shaped cuttout

How can u tell if the slides are in backwards also are the slides the things that go up and down when u pull the throttle cable.

Yes i had the carbs rebuilt because i dont know that much about the carbs

I just redid the top end and i started it up and the right side is smoking alot more than the left and it will just bog out when i try to rev it and when it is idling it will start idling really high and will just keep goin higher, please help me.
