www.Photobucket.com is what i use but there is others too. You upload your pics onto it and you copy-paste the IMG code into your post. easy as that. :thumbsup:

hmm, interesting. You have a pic of these all studded up? I have a hard time picturing these tires holding a screw that good, but then again i never seen a sandstar beside in pictures. maybe the ribs are a lot thicker than a tought.

I personnaly think that the single center mounter silencer looks like ass but I heard good things about them power wise. never heard a set either but I really doubt they would match a set of shearer screaming up a hill....

oof pipes are usually good for about 2-3hp, Also.. sound wise i didn't see any difference from the inframes to the oof pipes.. Sounds louder on the bike since the pipes are right there rather then behind you.. but.. they still read the same on the tester.
even with just stingers?

I could buy a set of GRR outframes localy. I'd use em for the odd drag race or burnout contest during local exhibitions. what kind of difference would they make from my inframes shearer's? (mods in sig). motor was ported for shearers.

I'd go for the T-6 as well. ran them for 2 years. there where great. Even I got some engine mods done they didnt do that bad you know... even had them on drag ported cylinders for a little while. sure they never pulled like a shearer but they still worked. if you end up getting some get them strait from toomey, you can get the pipe kit that comes with 2 mains sizes (280-290) your choice of either toomey 2:1 airfilter or a inbox uni with airbox vent and a bunch of stickers :cool:

Ummm....He stated that the silencers were off getting painted to match the plastics.
I don't see how he could dump that kind of time and thought into something and sell it for so cheap.

I would not waste any money on a fuel filter. more chance of ruinning your motor because of an oil cloged filter than shit in gas imo.

those are pretty sick, i think dirt bikes need more aggressive studs than 4 wheelers.....
spike what are you using this year for studs are you getting good traction what is your sprocket gearing???
I'm not doing any racing this year as i've been sent on a six weeks course for work, which is taking most of the season
, but its a great course to have and i've been wanting it for a while... anyway. My present tires are studded with kold kutter (sp?) as per Marcel Fournier's model that we first found on google images if I remember correctly. We didnt know about his screws until we did more research on him. Traction is great I would compare it to a nice harpacked fireroads type deal. I use 14-41, fourth in the turn and fifth in the strait. seemed pretty good. I found that tire settings where critical. poeple that ran other random stuff where getting lapped after 4-5 laps. I also think that indexing the studs makes a noticeable difference as well. -
MF44's are they way to go :thumbsup: the mechanic at the dealer got some for is dirt bike. All i cans says is WOW...

this is what a competitive Ice racing tire looks like, there is 480 some screw in each rear. do not forget about the front! you nee equally good traction out front if you want to be able to turn anywhere.

I dont have too many right now as I'm away on a course in Ottawa (missing the whole ice season...
) but here a couple from photo bucket, I bought your old swaybar last winter, I dont know if you remember it. got it working pretty good. makes a hell of a difference! too bad i dont have any pics of it with the bar on.

I had problems with this in the past and one days i figured out that i could bend the retainer on 3 edges instead of the 2 normaly. never had any problem ever since. also make sure you bend them over real tight and dont reuse them more than once or twice... there cheap

A-arms first. they do a bigger difference on the ride than an axle. You should always be wider up front anyway, if not it kinda acts like a 3 wheeler.

I think they are saying that the cylinders are regular cheetah's 58x73 but they sell balanced crankshafts (see picture, there is 1/4 of the web machined off...) and you can get the cranks in a 90* firing order. Which they claim gives less stress on the crank and more tractable torquy feel... maybe some mechanical engineer will let us know if its BS or not. Their domes or "head inserts" (seems like they think the term domes is form the lesser ATV folks :ermm: ) are pretty special looking as well they claim the prevent detonation, again I'm not an engineer and I can't confirm this. There is other shit as well but this was enough typing for me.

it is fine, thats what I use too, well not torco but 4 stroke atv oil for wet clutches. its the same stuff. two strokes or four a transmission is a transmission.
