  1. Good questions, we allways ride at sea level here, and our best fuel is european 98 octane, wich i think would be equal to your 92 octane.
  2. Hi I'm rebuilding a Banshee, i'm going with wiseco HP pistons, 0.25 over stock, stock carbs rejeted with 280 or 300 mains, custom air box lid and DMC Alien pipes. Since i'm way too far (Portugal) to have my cylinders ported by a professional, i'm only going to smooth out and sharpen the intake ports, and open a bit the exhaust port. I'm thinking about also going with a cool head, but i have no idea about what domes should i use... Can you help me?
  3. WOW that may be a litle over my head... There is no one here that can take up a job like that... That made me change my mind, i want a reliable machine that's built right... So, let's simplify, how far can i go with stock crank ando no dome cutting?
  4. Thanks guys!! After reading up on this, i want to go big! So what do i need to buy? If i buy the 4mm rods, i can also buy a cool head with domes... What domes would i need, and what pistons would i need?
  5. Hi guys. My name is Rafael, i'm from Portugal! I just bought my 3rd Banshee, and my previous 2 were MX and woods machines. My last one had a -2 OEM cutdown swingarm, +2 A-arms, ported cylinders with Namura pistons, Hot rods, carbon fiber reeds, KN filter and PEP pipes. My current Banshee is completely ruined, i bought it cheap so i can rebuild it myself, a nice project to keep me ocupied. I want it to have a good woods set-up, so i was thinking like a -1" swingarm and +2+1 A-arms. What do you think about this? Now and most important, it has a broken rod, so i am going with new pistons and new rods. This is my major doubt, what can i do now? Keep it a 350cc with ported cylinders? (the way my mechanic ported my last banshee made it very strong on high revs, but kind of hollow midrange... not the best setup for woods) Can i go up, like 370? 400? What would i need? Can it be done with OEM cylinders or do i need to have them sleeved? Finally, won't it be too strong for woods riding?
