I have a 1999 yamaha banshee. The mods are as follows: toomey t-5's v force reeds 28mm keihin carbs pro design pro flow pro design kill switch ELECTRONIC TEMPO CONTROL??? Out of all of these mods, I think I have been having a difficult time getting it started. Usually, I need to use Carb and Choke Cleaner to get it to go, then the fuel will take it over. Its kind of beat, b/c it is a really nice machine, looks wise. I am running Yamaha 2R oil with a 93 octane.. IS THIS TOO LOW of an OCTANE? should I be running race fuel? Please let me know. I need to have it kick over with ease, so I can sell it. Getting married in August, need the loot. Thanks Sean What is with the Electronic Tempo Control? I can't find it anywhere on the net? Could this be the root of my problem?
