I always thought the Orange maier stuff looked cool, even though maier plastic has always been a little lacking in the fit department. especially on my zilla...haha When I ge tmy shee rolling, I think I want silver fenders, red radiator cover and seat.

By the way, I'm a frequenter of www.everything2stroke.com and 370banshee is a good buddy of mine. If anyone doubts my story you can ask him all about it. There a couple other people over there with some choice words to say about this particular subject.

I agree fully wth this post. I traded my nearly perfect 2004 Z400 for an 89 quadzilla from kevin here...the Zilla looked absolultely beautiful, and still does, but heres the clincher. I was told over the phone that it had a new top and bottom end. I get it home and put MAYBE 20 minutes on the quad and guess what? after it gets hot it runs like sh!t and lost ALL compression, so I pull it apart and the piston has a hole melted thru it, oh but wait it gets better! crankshaft bearings whech were supposedly new were destroyed. So I split the cases, the cases were cracked internally, the crank bearings were so bad that one came out stuck to the crankshaft. He'll deny deny deny I'm sure, but you guys know all that damage wasn't caused in less than 20 minutes. And now about $2,000 later it will run again soon, but thats not my point. ANd on top of that, I was supposed to get shipped a set of reeds and LRD pipe for the zilla also. Well, weeks and weeks of him asking for my address about 10 times, and giving this excuse and that excuse, well here 5 months later I still haven't seen a bit of those parts. I wouldnt make a deal with this guy for a pack of gum. Just my 2 cents.
