Does the kicker rattle
i have 2 of them one does a lil but the other is tight as a nun dipped in vinegar

yes the nipple and yes tighten the nipple b/4 you lift the pedal
and don't pump the pedal real fast do it slow and controlled so you don't froth the fluid
pump five or six time slowly, crack the nipple (bleeder) while holding pedal down , tighten , repeat

There's air in the line either use a draw threw pump or let fluid into the piston by opening it up a little. These are tough to bleed.
there cake to bleed fill the top end put the cap back on, pump the pedal a few times hold the pedal down crack the bleeder and repeat till u have a pedal,
or get a long clear hose that fits on the bleeder , crack it a bit then slowly suck a little till u get fluid and then do the above...
dont forget to keep cking the fill so it doesnt go dry

what size is the bore?

I have a really nice set but the top mounting holes on each one are bowed out a bit causing it to leak a bit of air during a leakdown. It's still well within the acceptable limits but I'd be more comfortable with zero leakdown. Just hoping maybe someone is upgrading to billet intakes or something and is wanting to get rid of their stockers for cheap. Let me know what you have. Chris
