i need the piece that slides over the pivot bolt. its kinda like a sleeve sorry dont know the correct term for it. if there is anyone that might have one for sale let me know. thanks

has anybody ever seen this type swing arm. reason i am asking is because i am going to be puttin this on me banshee. will the raptor bearing carrier and bearings fit my banshee axle.

and by the way forgot to mention i do have a +6 swingarm that i would like to put on it but would that be to much for a little trail riding but ill be mainly riding dunes and in flat fields. what are your guys suggestions. THanks

I've done everything except tilting the bike on its side. Would it be safe to cut the bolt on both ends where I can spread the frame to slide it out?? I have soaked it overnight still will not budge, moved about 1/8th of an inch. Thats using a 5 lb sledge hammer. Thanks for the help.

yea have tryed the sledge and yea everthing is unbolted (except that damn pivot bolt) the end of it has got a little damaged so i am probably gonna just replace everything there when i get the damn thing out. appreciate the help man thanks.

guys i have ran into a problem taking off my swing arm , the pivot bolt will turn but will not come out. is there any thing i might be missing or do you guys have any suggestions on gettin this damn thing out. o yea its a 87 so i dont know when the last time the bushings have been replaced just know that it came from michigan and was rode in only the dunes.

Guys i have a 416 JE piston for a 400ex for sale. everything is here rings,pins,circlips and pin, and instructions. i bought it and just recently becamee a yamaha guy and the wife doesnt want the extra power so i am selling this the only time that has been opened is to looked at. i cant remember what compression it is maybe someone knows how to read the numbers on the box. i will take $115.00 for it and i will take care of shipping but you will have to take care of the insurance if you want it.

dont really wanna make any enemies on here or anything but my two cents are to get rid of the 2 into 1 and put 2 39 kiehns an there and it will be a totally different bike , just went through that ordeal with the father inlaw on his stroker.

the guy thats gonna do mine likes them to be totely stripe so when he sand blasts the frame it most of the grime rust etc off of it, they do suggest on you to fill any srew holes with a screw or something so it wont be hard to get them back. im sure there other people that can give better info the process.

thanks for the info guys, we did ride for a while this evening and we come to the conclusion that we are gonna replace clutch tare down the tranny and replace the forks and anything else that needs replaced and i think hes gonna put a lock out on it also to see if that helps. the tranny fluid that we have in it right now is honda SAE 80w/85w racing tranny oil.

alright my father in law bought a banshee with the trinity stage 4 kit along with a 4 mil stroker crank. he had the 2 into 1 carb setup and ran okay then, so now he decided to put 2 38 mil carbs on it and now it runs like a scalded dog but only if you can shift it fast enough, it willl shift just fine in the lower RPM's but as soon as you give it all its got you cant shift fast enough . it shifted just fine with the 2 into 1 setup and now this problem just came up. what are some suggestions you guys have. Thanks

man i know im new to the site and dont wanna piss nobody off but $275 is way to high, check with hendersonracing.proboards19.com they have them for $147.50 thats tire mounted on rims not for sure on the shipping he also has some more stuff for drag racing. hope that helps some. just thought $275 is really high

yea guys i am pretty darn sure that i want the thumb over the twist one to many bad experiances with the twist rather have a sore thumb than broken bones. thanks wallrat i will try that.

i have a twist throtle right now and would like to have thumb throttle but i dont know if you can use the cable from the twist and use it on the thumb any info. thanks
