hey yall.im 15 and im 5'10 and i weigh 190lbs. i race motorcross on a 99 yamaha banshee.after about 10 laps i get tired because im way out of shape.do yall got any suggestions for me to lose weight and get back in shape.i live in the middle of the country so i have no gym to gop to all i got is some dumbells.i cant run that much because im flatfooted like a dork lol.if yall got anny suggestions can yall please help me.thanks alot in advance.
