I agree w you, Alba should have taken care of this regardless if it was UPS or their fault... you had nothing to do with this and Alba should have sent you new product or a refund as soon as the UPS website said "Undeliverable due to damage". Wasnt your fault, Alba is too big to say they need to wait. Alba definetly dropped the ball on this one.
