well, could this be why, i don't have an airbox and i was using airbox snorkles for 2 blaster airboxes. Could those be why it is reving too much? and i don't have filters to use.

My banshee is reving too high. I checked the throttle to see if it was sticking, and that not it, i checked the carbs, those aren't sticking either, and i have the idle screws turned all the way out, have them turned 1 turn around into the carbs, and it still is reving too high, i don't know what it could be, cause i just had my top end rebuilt and i was wondering if my needles have to be adjusted, could those be my problem? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.

I just got my top end rebuilt, and today i just found out that my friend was riding my shee, cause i leave it over there sometimes, he was riding it around when i wasn't there or without asking me and i told him before i didn't want my banshee to be riden until i get an airbox, well now i took off the snorkels again and saw dirt in the same area on the carbs, and i know more got sucked into my motr, so now i guess i have to rebuild my top end. and i just got it rebuilt and now i have to rebuilt it again, well i just need to replace the rings don't it, the pistons are fine i hope, and the cylinder walls will have to be honed won't they?

i got some dirt sucked into my carbs and in my motor, but i didn't ride very long, i rode my shee for 1 or 2 minutes and i had airbox snorkles on my carbs, cause i just got my carbs fixed and i wanted to see how well they worked, so i took it out for a test ride quick then shut it off. and when i took the snorkls off, i saw dirt sitting on the back edge of the carb, so i cleaned that out, but i know dirt got sucked into my motr, what should i do? am i going to have to take my top end apart?

I just got some banshee parts for free this weekend. I have a right side cylinder jug, manifold, reed, and manifold pipe. These i am selling, I don't need these at all, These were given to me and i thought i could sell them and probably get a few bucks out of them. I can get pictures for you, just let me know.

I just got 2 Yamaha dirt bike motors, a Yamaha YZ80 motor, and i think the other one is a YZ80 too, but i don't know, i will find out though. I am not sure what year these motors are, these were given to me for free and I am fixing them right now so I can sell them. One is almost done, just need to get a new piston kit, gaskets kit, timing plate, and cylinder will need to be honed probably. The second one needs a lot of work and needs new parts, which i will get for it. I will fix both these motors before i sell them so when you buy them, all you will have to do is put it in and go. The first motor is going out for sale now, just waiting for the parts. so if you are interested, let me know.

I am looking for an aluminum airbox for my banshee, not a stock airbox, i want an aluminum airbox. Would like to get one with the filter, filter assembly, boots. Doesn't have to come with the boots or filter assembly, but i would prefer them, but i really need just the airbox and the boots now, so i can ride my shee. If you have an aluminum airbox with the boots or without boots, please let me know.

I was looking on ebay last night and i came across an aluminum airbox and that is what i want. i don't know the advantage of an aluminum airbox, but i just want one and i want to know what types, who makes aluminum airboxes.

I have a BILLET 6 LED BLUE TAIL LIGHT for a banshee. I bought it on ebay and I don't really need it, don't want to sell it, but i have too. It is still brand new, slightly used. Tail light is Billet Chrome with 6 blue lights, looks cool at night. i will sell it or partial tade tail light@money for an aluminum airbox. Let me know if interested. I also have some other parts. I have an upper and lower rear shock bolts with nuts, 3 front shock bolts, front bumper and thats its. let me know if you need any of these.
