Sounds like your carbs are out of sync. I'd pull them off and clean them and make sure the jets are the same size in each of them. It may just be a clogged up jet that is making the one side rich.

I was wondering about the patriot racing dune port kit. i am researching what type of porting i want to have done next year, and this is the one i'm the most interested in. i live in PA and do all types of riding. i drag race with my friends, do a lot of serious trail riding, and do many coal hillclimbs(some are very steep and technical). So basically, i need good bottom end, a strong midrange pull, and good top end also. will i get that type of power from this kit. if not, what should i go with.
