I just replaced mine last week after a couple months of leaking. Just lube your new seal with a little oil and tap it in place with a similar diameter socket. You will have to use a 1/2" drive socket to fit over the shifter shaft. That's it.

Reliable? I've been waiting 3 weeks for my rear gold rims. He seems to be ignoring my pm's.
