Thanks for the help guys and girls. I will try some of your suggestions. I am running a Toomies 2 : 1 filter

Mines an 03. When I ride at part throttle it wants to run hot. The rad boiles over. I have checked the water pump and it seems to be working ( spines freely ) . I ride in Org. I have installed TR6s. 280 main jet , needle on 4th grove , air screw 1 1/2 turns out. If I ride for a bit and let her cool its fine. If its getting lots of airflow it seems fine. Any help would be great.
