I have an 87 banshee,and my wiring harness is butchured and burned. i purchased a complete 04 wiring harness real cheap, i would like to know what i have to do to so i can go rippin, the tops off the carbs are all ready gone

I am about to close a bid on ebay and just realized I might have the wrong part. Anyone know if a CDI box for an 97-05 will work on my 87?

So can anyone help me with this?

I do a lot of road and trail riding,but the main reason is i wanted to know how much work it was to put the cr 500in. I could by a running cr cheaper than it would be to replace my electracal

I just purchased an 87 banshee about five months ago. In the winter when i was driving. After it warms up it wont start with out some gas down the cylinder,than it would fire right up but it wouldent idle i never messed around with the carbs because i didnt want to screw things up. But after i was done riding it i parked it in the shop and the next day i went to start it it wouldent so i took thee plug out and kicked it a few times and there was no spark so i tested my coil and bought a new one it hasent been running yet and a new cdi is 700bux what should i do
