My buddy gave me a brand new tether switch from pro design, with no instructions. How hard could it be? Two wires, I thought easy. Well as it turns out, the thing just dont work. The banshee starts just fine but when I pull the chord, it stays running, any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

[i have the frame, motor, harness, swingarm, hubs, tank, axle, Looking for everything else to complete. This project was just recently started. No hurry to get it fininished. I already have a nice Banshee but would like to see what a Raptor has compared to it so decided to build one since no one around here has one to race. Just for shits and giggles!!

Heres the deal, I bought a barnett clutch off of ebay, and all my friends told me it was tricky just to take it to the dealer, but I didnt listen. I want to know how to work on my machine you know, anyway I kept everything together in order, but I notice the stock plates are rounded I didnt get anything like that from barnett. It messed me up now I cant seem to get the clutch back together. ALL the plates wont fit in with those damn rubber rings. Can anyone help me out? I sure would appreciate it Thanks

I got the quad running really good, thanks to all of you who responded and put me on the right path, thank the lord. Amen. Anyway, now I have a little moisture in the silencer tips. Oily , gassy kinda mix. When I stick my finger in the hole" Be Good" It comes out wet with that oily gassy mix.? Is this normal or is it still getting too much gas? My plugs look really good!!

I finally got/ my toomey T5's with silencers along with a dynojetkit and toomey filter. When I was running stock pipes, everything seemed fine. I put these toomeys on now and nothing but problems. Running stock pipes, my main jet was 220. Toomey reccomends 280's cause Im just above 500' sea level. Anyway I put the 280's in along with the needles at the 4th setting and the left pipe fills up with gas and oil and it seems no pressure is comming out the silencer. You can put your hand on it not even hot. While the other side is hot as hell and revs to the moon. I had a friend come down and played with the screws on top of the tors maybe thats wrong, but I put a unsharpened pencil underneath the slide and used a feeler gauge they are both on the money. Im all out of Ideas. Thinking about just taking them off and putting the 220 jets back in with the stock pipes to see if the problem still exists? Any help or output on my problems would greatly be appreciated
