I forgot to tell I have no airbox K&n slip ons

Hi there I have 2002 banshee. It has T6pipes, boysen reeds,reeds spacers,boost bottle Carbs are stock , needles set at 3rd clip. I am at sea level. Temp outside 85 degress High humidy. I have put every jet from 310to 260 and still have big bog from 1/4 to 3/4 throttle. but does run better with 260s. Engine will rev up but you really got beat on it hard. I was thinking about going back to 270 and raising needle clip 1 slot to lean it out. This machine starts and idles perfect. compression is 125 equal on both sides . Any suggestions And the tors are disconnected
