I Live off of 21st and memorial which is about 3 miles away from the expo. If anyone needs a place to crash let me know. The hotels will fill up quickly around this area.

Going to make one last trip to the dunes this friday. Will have 2 banshees and a 400ex. It's only cold at night come on out and ride! We went last weekend and it wasn't bad at all.

Yeah, once the sun started to go down we packed up and went home. It would get way to cold to sleep in a tent or even in a truck without leaving it running all night with the heat on. I want to go again in the next couple weeks for a day trip. You could drive down and crash here and leave in the morning if you wanted to go sometime soon. I really want to get one more dune trip in before it gets too too cold.

No, not at all It was in the mid 50's with not a cloud in the sky, no wind, and damp sand. It was the perfect condition. Had a blast, we got up at 4:30am and got down there by 9:00am, rode all day left at 6:00pm and was home by 10:00pm.

I just got off the phone with sandtrax (local atv shop) and I let them play with my shee and they did the following. 1 hour of dyno time with them adjusting the bike (jetting timing plate ect) I also had them lighten the flywheel while they were in there. The first run with the lid on was 50.0 hp way to rich. The second run he advanced the timing to 6 deg. pulled the lid and was around the 57 hp mark. I will scan the dyno sheet when I get home tomorrow from sahara. Engine mods are: Rocket inframe pipes timing +6 lightend flywheel,cool head with 18cc domes, .40 over wiseco pistons, ported and polished. I was thinking it would be around 60hp it was just shy of that. I can't wait to ride her tomorrow.
