03__banshee

I am about to order a Toomey 2:1 air filter kit for my '03 stock banshee... i just need to know how my jetting should be set up with this kit.. i am in easter nebraska i dont know the elevation. Also does the kit come with the outerwear or do i need to order that separate. Thanx
