i can answer some of the things above. ill answer the rest after i get this all put back together.
i bought this used im the third owner.
the first owner did all the work.
second owner sold it to me really cheap, told me most of the work that was done.

im sorry my main jet is 240.
the pilot jet is 25
there was some work done on my engin. the previous owner couldnt remember what size but there is larger pistons in it. im kinda sketchy on changing any of the setting on my carbs because of the engin mods, and my lack of knowledge of what was done.
all my jets were really clean.
i did the spark test. grounded out the plug on the engine nut
i only got one spark out of 7 kicks.
i tested the coil with an ohms meter, useing the same steps in my clymers book.
i dont have a air box lid. and i also tryed running it wiht out the air filter.
float bowls only fit on one way right. cause i cant get it to fit the other way.
it worked great last season. other than fouling plugs.
