Yo Dave, I am also about 15 minutes from Philly. and Moose I will drive up to Jackson to ride this summer. Hopefully by then I will have the toomeys. Do you think that I could beat a Honda 450 with my stock 04 with a toomey t-6 kit?

I just got my banshee a month ago. At first I ran 24:1 like the manual says but it made me foul 2 plugs. I thought I bought a lemon, but after I switched to 32:1 (4 ounces per gallon) it runs perfect. Does anyone know a website to buy Yamalube cheap?

First of all, don't call me a jack @ss, you Australian *****et. You can rev an engine as high as you want to, but you wont be in the power band. After a certain point the power just drops off. Those dyno charts are from Toomey.com. Check them out for yourself. Finally, don't be pissed at me if your hunk of shit only makes 50 HP with all of those mods.

I hear al lot of people talking about how fast 4-strokes are (i know the yfz450 is fast) but quads like DS650's, 400EX, raptors, and KFX400 etc. can't touch a shee in an open field. Even on their best days. I think the problem is that you guys are just racing them on tracks or straight-aways that are just too short. Remember your spinning the first three gears. Just bring them to a field or an old street and ROACH them!

I am looking into getting an exhaust system for my 04 banshee. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is the Toomey T-6 kit worth $650.00? Also how hard are they to install, needle jets and all?

What would win, a stock banshee or a stick DS650?

Does anyone know of a good tachometer for a banshee, and how much?

EVERYBODY RELAX!! I RACED A STOCK 04 YFZ450 WITH MY STOCK 04 BANSHEE! He beat me on dirt, but I WHOOPED him on the street.. The banshee rips it up in the dirt and has no traction, but I pulled on him in the street. We both definitley know how to ride. I drove the yfz450 and it feels like it has more low-end torqe and power and it is easier to handle than a banshee. But mod for mod I think a banshee is faster.

I just got an 04 Banshee and it runs great. After doing some riding today it was squeeking when I brought it back at the end of the day. Does any one know how to get rid of the squeeks? I don't know if it is the shocks or the chasis. Thanks for the help.
