  1. Its just like when you cant get a dirt bike started and you lean it over till some gas runs out of the the tube and it fires right up. It will work if you tip your Banshee on its side too.....
  2. From what I have read on here it seems that the dealerships can be a real pain when trying to get the right pilot jets. Alot of people are having a hard time getting right on the first try.....
  3. u have pm banshdog...........
  4. Thx but I was told I need at least 290's and maybe larger, so 280's wont help. thx though
  5. I am looking for some jets, hopefully that someone has laying around. I need (2) 290 main jets and (2) 30 pilots. I will also take other jets with those. I also need (2) dynojet needles. Thx
  6. send me a pic.............I am in SC
  7. I am going to buy some pipes soon and am wondering what u would reccomend. I ride mostly a 1.5 mile x/c track. Lots of jumps and sharp turns. I don't get past 3rd on the track much. Occasionally I will trail ride, but not often. What would be the best pipe for the track? I will deal with it on the trails but would like to not have that damn automatic Polaris Trailblazer 250 on my ass all the time at the track. Thx
  8. Thx for the help ..................

I need a rear caliper, preferrably with the e-brake block off on it already. thx
  10. Hi Guys. Just want to let all of you know what a godsend this site is. If it was not for ya'll I would be dumping cash left and right for someone else to do this stuff. Anyway. I have a stock 2000 shee. I bought it used. I do not know what the current jetting is so I assume stock. I am adding a Toomey 2 into 1 intake. What carb changes should I start with when I make this change? Also do I really need to keep my overflow bottle when I dump the airbox? Thx
  11. Thx 4 tha tips........never a worse feeling than when I lifted the seat and saw a dust filled rubber boot sitting on my carbs...................
  12. OK I put a new Toomey 2 into 1 on my shee. It unassed The filter somewhere on the track. My buddy noticed it in a puddle when he passed it. So here are my questions: What is the best way to clean the foam filter? How much oil do I put back on it? The sheet that came with it said to spray it then wring it out. Not really able to wring it out so any suggestions. How deep into the motor should I go to clean it out? I know I need to pull th ecarbs and clean them but after that? Thanks for all the help guys.
  13. Hello again all. I took the shee out for a good pounding on the track today. About an hour into it i noticed that it would idle fast when i stopped. I took it back to the truck to look it over and when I got there I noticed it was running kind of hot. When I splashed a little water onto the radiator it sizzled. So now I have 2 questions #1 what can be the cause of the fast idle? #2 how hot is too hot? should I be concerned? Here is the kicker.....when I went back out on the track my newly installed 2 into 1 Toomey lost its filter and it went into a fu%@*ng puddle.......had about a minute of hard riding without filtration.....not the best day I have ever had.......
  14. I had put the nut back onto the end of it and went to town with the ten pound sledge....no luck the bastard wont move.................I'll try the torch...waht a bitch......
  15. I am looking for some tips on the best way to persuade the swingarm bolt out of its tiny little home. I took the nut off and tried tapping it with a hammer...no movement. its seems a little tight even just turning it with a socket...can it be smacked with a hammer without any damage? thx
  16. Thx for the tips. Where can I get a UPP part online? My local shops don't carry them. Thx
  17. I need some tips on how to go about replacing the chain roller that mounts on the swingarm. If someone can give me step by step instructions on how to do this I will be most greatfull. thx
  18. Thanks for the tips guys...I did manage to muscle the covers out of the way enough to get the caliper out. Still seems like there has to be a right way to do this..but Its done...Thx again
  19. Okay...I feel like a dumb ass for even having to ask this........but..........I am trying to replace front pads on a 2000 shee. I have done it on cars b4 with no probs, but this is getting the best of me. What am I missing. I can not get the caliper off to change them out. I can not tip the caliper up or down because of the cover on the inside of the rotor. I can not take the cover off because it is bolted on from the rotor side. Helppppppp?
  20. I am putting on a new set of razrs 22/11/9 and am wondering what would be ideal pressure for hard packed m/x track. Thanks in advance
