So was this the problem then? all i would have to do is put a clamp around that little hose that connects the 2 carbs and i would be set? let me know because this is ruining all my rides

i have a 99 banshee with no TORS (i have a twist) and when it gets wet it revs as high as it will go and wont stop. Whats the problem here?

i have a problem with my banshee...when it gets wet it revs as high as it will go and sometimes the kill switch wont work...once it dries up its fine and runs normal again. any one know what the problem is?
