well my oil turned white so i furged it was the head gasket, i changed the head gasket; water pump gaket and the clutch cover gasket. i changed the oil and again it turned white, i mean like milk white. the quad still runs realy good, i have no clue why the oil is turning white, i know it is getting water in it to be doing this, but i have no clue where it is coming from. any help will be great annd thank you in advance

well nighty was right, the harness was against the pipe and it got burned, all better now

thanks guy, that where i thought it was but i just wanted to make sure before i did something stupid, im going to check all the wires and make sure there all good, mt friend gave me his reg of his bike so ill ckech that first, thanks for the help

i know this is going to sound bad, but where is the regulator at on the quad

ok at idle my lights wont work but when you rev it they come on bright then go off, it all started the other day when i was riding during the day and i went to put them on when istarted to get dark, i was on a trail in the wodds and they didnt work. then i hoped on the road and got full throttle in 6 gear and they started the work but keep coming and going, then when i go to where i was going the worked fine for about a half hour then the work only when i reved the motor. so now they only work when i rev the motor, any help willl be such a help. thanks monty

it wont start on its own, if i spray carb and choke cleaner in the carbs it starts right up, then if i rev it it backfires. and then the ideal stays high sometimes after you rev it

ok this is from the last one i posted, it starts ideal is fine, when you hi tthe throttle it revs and then stays that high, i go to turn it off and it stays running till you hit the throttle again then it turns off.

i cleaned all the connections and made sure they were tight and i got spark, now i have another problem.the bike starts now but when you give it gas it revs then stays at a high ideal, i mean realy high sounds like the bikes going to explod. any ideas on what would cause this to happen now?

i would rather do a cod, makes me feel better knowing im not getting ripped off, im not saying you would ripp me off but to many people on these kind of forums do, i was on the corral forums and some people think its great to ripp people off. anyways where do you live? if you wont do a cod ill send you a money order,

how do i take the startor off, i got the cover off and there is a metal plate over the stator, how do i get that off to look at the stator

i check the coil on a friends quad and it ran

everything with the tors was removed, i still have the plugs on the main harness but the plugs coming from the tors were cut, its realy getting me mad. all the stuff that went to the handles bar are not pluged in, thet thing that gets me is the lights come on when i kick it but i dont get a spark

there not hooked up, do i have to do something to them on the main harness

im building a banshee, and i cant get the motor to start. there is no spark at the plugs. this is what i know, the cdi, coil are fine and the other box by the cdi is fine that has the blue wire coming from it. i know these are fine because i had a friends quad here and took the parts off mine and put them on his and it started. i have no clue what to do or were to start, the headlights are lighting up, but that is the only thing going on. any help will be great
