im going to pick up my shee at a friends house today.gettin my cylinders done with my tax return and hopefully have it back together in a couple of weeks.i traded my 97 for a sled this year.lot of good that did me.wish me luck with the rebuild, again!

i used the patches and they worked great but then i got all fucked up at the bar one night and started again.i was skep[tical of the aids to but they worked out well.

alright heres the deal, im in process of putting the shee back together.ill give you my setup and we will go from there.im .80 over,tdr stock stroke crank,noss head,fmf pipes,stock carbs(with tors removed)k&n air filter with no lid.im less than 1000 feet above sea leval.what size domes and what jetting should i be using?if you need more info please let me know.

i smoke about a pack and a half a day of parliment lights and dip about a can of skoal apple a week.i quit for 5 weeks over the summer so i picked up dippin then got shit faced one night at the bar and woke up with an almost empty pack in my pocket and stupid me started again.gonna quit again soon, hopefully for good this time.

Tit, thats the first post on here that actually made me cry.i lost my father just about a year ago to cancer and that was the hardest thing thing i ever had to go through.seeing him go from good ol dad to being stuck in his recliner(which at the time i didnt see the problem with)to being in and out of the hospital to being in the hospital and then well you know.he was the greatest hero i had andf ever will have.all i can say is tell your dad you love him every fuckin time you can because when you cant tell him anymore is the worst feeling ever.there is nothin in this world i want more than to hang out with my dad again.i went to the nextel cup race this weekend in loudon NH and it was the first time in 13 years he wasnt with me.i was in tears half the day.just spend as much time as you can the ol man and you wont regret it.so i feel for you and hang in there.

pretty cool, but remember looks arnt everything.ive heard form some people that some of those grills that dont have the fins on them can cause some cooling issues.

it is a nice bike with a ton of high dollar parts. but the sad truth is the resale values blow.just keep it.someone looking for that specific type of bike might go 5k.believe me when i tell you it is easy to sink that money in and not get it back.i have done 22,000 in mods or more to 2 banshees.i have owned over 100 easily. and my personal bikes i sold i was lucky to get 1 fourth of what i sunk into them.

I don't think I have that in both of mine and my R (including the cost for parts to bring it back to be safe to ride.) and thats adding in the original cost of the bikes.
such a shame to have to get rid of it. Bummer.
a good friend of mine has about 20 gs in his.its not that hard to spend 15-20 on a shee, the resale value on it aint shit though.he spent all that money on all bling and suspension.looks dont make you go faster.no way will he get 12 for it.

you can ride a shee anywhere if you set it up right.although trails are probably the weak point.its not a machine to go blazin your own trails through the woods but it shines in pits.

Ya, all the riding areas are slowly getting closed down, and then they bitch because people ride illegally. I mean the damn indians (Washoe I think) are tryin' to take their sacred land back (Sand Mountain, NV), because the white man is desicrating their sacred land by ridin' their "screamin' Banshee war machines" all over the sand. Let alone the next day the wind knocked down the tracks and now you can't tell there was ever anyone there. They are backin' the environmentalists because they are tryin' to close our ridin' areas, which helps the Indians get to their goal "Sole Possession"
Bull$hit, they want the land back so they can charge us the same rates the BLM rangers are chargin' and then build a huge a$$ casino at the entrance to the Mountain so they can recover what the "Man" has stollen from them over the years. It's all a ploy they are a business just like everything else. I mean look at California Indian Casino's and the amount of taxes they pay compared to the amount other businesses in the state have to pay, and their profit margins. they are makin' money hand over fist, but yet if you are not an Indian on Indian land you can't have a casino's in the state.
