  1. sorry about the typos Rack=rack of airfilters adn= and stick=stock
  2. I used a unifilter adn i dont kow what bike it was for , the shop just had a rack and i went in there before i put on my 28mm carbs so i was just took them in with me and fit them if you want to do this you need to first measure you carb. go to the local shop and start trying to match up the the size make sure you get a filter thats a little bigger so itwill fit over the carb. the unifilter i used has a spring inside that would have fit over the stick carb but not mine, so i cluped the spring and just clamped on the foam, (make sure you leave the spring inside or the filter will just cave in when the motor starts sucking in air). because the airbox suports a bunch of wires and the coolant tank i had to cut mine in half( dont matter cuz yur not gonna need in any more) then just remove the stock manifolds and clamp the filters straight onto your carb. you may have to change the jetting i didnt because the new carbs came pre jetted for pipes and after market intake, it was also jetted for a lower altitude and the huge jump in air flow balanced it out. you may want to get filter skins or outerwears, i didnt but thats me. doing this means no serious mud bogging, riding on a wet track wont hurt but dont try swamp riding.
  3. Heres a pic of my sexxy quad
  4. Heres an easy mod, i just bought a dirt bike filter from the local shop and clamped it straight onto the carb, it adds some power and alot of throttle snap. you can let it get pretty dirty too as long as it stays sticky, it breathes so well that it doesnt hurt if it gets a bit dirty, it was 20 for both filters. ( a friend of mine did this on his blaster and another friend did it to his 4x4 quad , both had great results)
  5. They look like toomys
  6. yeah i had this done awhile ago no complaints here
  7. Went and browsed a little Vitos makes 30mm
  8. i have to agree with sredish with all of the stuff on your banshee you could prolly use some bigger carbs. i bought my carbs for 350 and if the ones you are talking about were never used you could easly get 250 or 300. the other most common size for a banshee is 34-35mm. i have yet to see a 30mm. who makes those?
  9. Nah 140 is right in these carbs in a stick carb it would be too lean but these are jets made especially for keihin carbs they are like alot longer and the thread spacing is different but if you dont havve pipes youll prolly have to put in some different jets or take his advice and buy pipes instead that would be a good idea
  10. The new carbs will make a diffarence especially with throttle response, and its a bit of a simpler set up too the throttle cable goes directly into the carb. also dont worry about the jetting it was dead on on mine. if you look at the jetting set up in your stock carb compared to the setup in the new carbs they are alot different. if you want some more info on how to put filters straight onto your carbs e-mail me at [email protected], it only cost me 20 bucks to do this and it made a huge improvement.
  11. Keihin slls 28mm carbs it fits in you stock carb to engin manifold but they are too big for the stock air filter manifold i just cut my airbox in half and put a dirt bike filter on each they work great but i also had a bit of trouble getting them to fit without crimping the drain line they are a little tall and they eliminate the rev limiter that goes ontop of the stock carbs if you dont mind doing some tinkering go for it mine work great
  12. alba has like 17 different banshee graffix the tribal flames are very sexy i have the white ones on black plastics
  13. I bought the maier plastics too the backs fit great but the front is all messed up it took alot of muscle to install the tank covers, radiator cover, and the racing fenders my tank covers are to tall and it took some muscle to get the screws. it still looks sexy with the new tribal flame kit i put on
