2 turns out is too much make it 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 turns out. If still no better up pilot to 27.5 as the others have mentioned. Merlin7

You may find the small end eye on the rod is oval this will cause bearing to fail. Even though the bearing may feel tight get it checked by someone with the correct equipment, a Vernier gauge will NOT do. If worn only new rods will cure it. Merlin7 -
Hello out there I want to know if there are any con-rod's with 22mm big end and small end suitable for 18mm bearing, i think a small end eye size of 22/23mm is needed. I believe i read somewhare that there is a Rotax rod that will do but does anyone know for sure? Thanks guys Merlin7
