It was a material failure. One of the side tubes cracked and broke. Not at a weld, just by itself. Crazy. Maybe I can pull the serial number off the swingarm and see what lot that tubing came from at the tube manufacturer. Yea.

Thanks Jesse. I had a first gen on mine and it was fine. I did update to the gen 2, #1 to confirm fitment and durability, #2 to run my latest and greatest design. Shit does break, we all know that. There are prob a few first gen swingers out there that are doing just fine. It matters on rider and terrain. I haven't sold a lot of swingers. In my opinion there isn't much better bang for the buck. I ride the shit out of mine without issue. I weigh 210 and slam my bike with a +4 swinger all day.

Early arms are 1.125" diameter side tubes. New are 1.25 and double wall thickness. Skeeter has no business talking about this as it does not affect him whatsoever. I have done nothing negative to him, he just enjoys trying to bash me for some reason. I'm not gonna sink to his level, people know who I am and what I am all about and I haven't changed since 2007 when I started in this game. I will continue to offer quality products at good prices. It's a bummer for me to have had some failures but sometimes learning the hard way is just the way it goes.
