I have a 2001 banshee motor with brand new unstarted athena 400cc kit cylinders and pistons. The motor has a hinson clutch basket. the motor has no electrical components and also needs clutches. The cases are perfect no chain damage. The crank was tight. I am willing to sell for 900.00 plus 100.00 shipping.I wil accept paypal and I am willing to set up an ebay auction if necessary. Hi sorry I am not on here much, I got rid of my banshee a while back.The bolt on the 400ex is exactly the same.Yamaha does not sell the bolt seperate from the caliper.I think that I paid like 10.00 for it when I needed one.The seals are also the same if you need them.

You can get a new one from honda for the 400 ex,that is where I got mine.if you need the bracket I have one that is cut out of stainless 20.00 email me at racer15935@yahoo.com if you are interested.

1998 banshee excelent condition all this is new, wiseco pistons .20 over,hotrods crank,boyesen reeds,keihin pwk 28mm carbs,fmf fatty pipes,powercore2 silencers,motion pro twist throttle,renthal bars oberg sports quick adjust clutch perch,dg bumper andglide plate,grab bar,ebc brakes all the way around,yfz 450 shocks and a arms,sunstar sprockets,moose hpo chain,aluminum tierods,factory yamaha blue plastic and graphics ,pro flow air filter and adaptor,lonestar brake block off,stainless brake bracket,stainless bolts for motor and plastic.I think thats all but may have missed something.There is also a spare 1998 frame included for those who want to run banshee a arms, because I did it right and altered the frame for the 450 a arms.I live in pa area code 15935 and would like for the person to pick it up and I will only accept cash.I am asking 3500, the quad would fit right in on the show room floor.The title is free and clear ,if you are interested email me at kbluejean@verizon.net and Ill send ya some pics.

ok I know its been a while for this post but the a arms will fit but you have to do some fabrication. The minimum of tools you will need is a welder and a dremel tool. the lower mount for the a arms towards the rear of the quad needs to be cut off and relocated about 1 inch back, use the 450 a arms to make sure you tack it in the right place. The next thing is trim the shock mount so the 450 shock works. Then you will have to trim the top 450 a arm about a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch. this is to make the a arm clear the shock otherwise the a arm will rub the shock you will also have to cut the insert in the a arm also.The next thing is to make a spacer for the front of the same a arm you cut the spacer will keep the a arm in place and keep it from sliding foward.Once you have done that you will have to install a 450 tierod put every thing back together and go ride.
