But I will still need to get some cylinders so I can put it back together for shipping. But I really want to ride. Everything in the bottom seems ok. But I can only judge as well as one can without opening the case

check out the sig have the timing plate and the vforces It actually held up for quite a whille with all the mods but the bigger carbs and the porting ridding at wot for that long. I rode to work very often and it was about a 15 minit drive. 20 in a car lol. Im not looking to do that anymore as it is only 3 miles to work now and I dont have to go that fast to get there. I just want to ride.

My first blow was due to running wot for about 10 minits on a daily basis to and from work over the ocurse of about 6 months. my 2nd i think was from having to small of carbs. I now have 33mm before I was running stockers. I looked at my pistons and im telling you guys the were only fucked up on the rings and that was the only part of the cylinder that was damaged. Im not sure of course but Im almost certing that it was a loose ring problem. Maybe not i dont know. If anyone wants to ship me some decent 2 cycle oil I can pay you via paypal . The only shit I can get over here is supposed to be good but it is used for scooters and dirtbikes. How do you think the shee would run with the set up I have listed and the cubs. would I need diffrent domes? will the cubs acomadate the studs for the cool head? will the work with my billet intake? I think I am going to give Jeff a call at fast racing.

I think they are 27.5 and 25 as far as the clamps go shoot me an offer but keep inmind that you are probably going to have to get some kind of packing for them to make them work

thanks for the info I knew about the cdi but someone had already bid so i couldnt change it. If you cant look at it and tell its is used then what ever. As for the pilot jets I couldnt read them honestly and put what I thought they said.

As I said I think the reason i have blown it the last 2 times is maybe I am putting the rings on the pistons wrong. I am stationed in Italy and have to do all my own work on the shee. I am NOT an experienced mechanic. I really dont want to get in to splitting casses and stuff. i just want to ride. I have so much money into this thing already that I cant see taking it back to stock. So I figure I can get the cubs and when I move back to the states I am moving to New Mexico. If I want to stroke it and port them I can always have it done when I am in the US. It is not cheap to ship a motor back and forth. I have moved much closer to base now so when I ride to work the trip is not as long and I think if I can kind of baby it till I get back to the states I will be ok. also how much does it usaly cost for the clean up on the cubs?

Ok so I found out why my shee died and wouldnt start back up. It was compression. I pulled the cyliinders to find them both scratched pretty good twards the front of two blown pistons. This is the second time this has happen to me on fresh rebuilds and I honestly think I am maybe puttin the rings on incorectly or something. I think the jugs are an easy fix with some honing or if someone want to get them bored bigger what ever. I put them on eaby. I am looking at getting a set of cubs. The only thing is I dont want to stroke my motor. I see all theres cubs for sale that say I can use my stock reeds and head and all that. Well I dont have stock reeds, head, pipes, intakes, carbs anything really. So what I am wondering is if I do buy the cubs (65 bore stock stroke) will it work with my mods I have listed in my sig? I know there are some builders on here like Jim who did my port work, and I would greatly apriciate their and anyone else who actually knows what they are talking abouts openion. I am trying to get back on the road (literaly ) as soon as possable as it has now been in a friends garage for about 7 months and I feel bad. thanks

I jsut put new pluggs in today. It is getting fuel, air and belive me it is getting spark. ask my friend lol, The compression is good. This is why as far as electicla goes... New stator, plugs and cdi. Tors is unplugged.

ill check into it but it will not start at all much less run right. and it did run but died and will not start back up
