im raceing mx. right now i have pro trix head w/ 22cc doms boison carb reeds cyl intake flow ported stock weisco pistons k&n jets fmf fatty's. i am buying a 2into1 cv intake and am wondering if i should change my pipes and go with the 2 into1 pipe i run neatv tracks JOLLY (hard fast and jumps)-southwick (sand slow 3ft woooooops every ware) any suggestions thanx JP 911

i have used the stock cage with the foam (adding permatex) and drilling the corners for years and love it you do have to cut the underside of the lid to clear the bolts but you dont need that part anymore that lip was to hold the filter an outrwere goes for abbout 15$ and helps keep water out of your filter i ues it so i dont have to cleen my filter as often it does not hurt air flow those addapters are a rip offfffffff

broke my works 4 days before the nacs memorial at the wik called a buddy and he lent me a spare set of ohlins off his ex they were about 1/2" longer but i used a bar to compress them and made up the gap with washers - they worked mint although a little on the stif side due to the diff geom.

i taped 7/16 and that stripped so i tapped 1/2-13 and that broke the nut thrugh the frame and i had to have it welded i think it is because of the nerfs i am going to mount them to the peg this year not the bolts
