I bought a banshee and it had a the gearing of a 12/40 and i want the front sprocket to be a 15 because there is way to much wheel spin will the chain that is on there be able to adjust to the extra length.

Hey I would appreciate some help i am not sure what the gearing should be I have a 1989 banshee that just been rebuilt. It has Toomey t5 kehien 34mm carbs kn filters connected to the carb. reeds and reed spacers. I think thats it well what would be the best gearing for top end or bottem end Im not sure how I want to go thanks if you gave me the number for both.
